Calendly helps clients get the support they need—while giving your client services team more time to focus. Here are popular ways to streamline onboarding, training, and support:
Handoff from Sales
- Add a scheduling link to your welcome email so new clients can immediately book their onboarding call.
- Let Calendly assign calls round robin or by priority. Clients can keep scheduling during a time slot until all reps are booked.
- Offer choice by letting clients pick a team member from one link.
- Use Routing Forms (Teams and Enterprise plans only) to match clients with the right rep.
- Include video conference details, so links automatically appear in calendar invites.
Onboarding and Training
- Create event types for each onboarding step, like “Welcome Call,” “Account Setup,” or “Quarterly Check-In.” Share the right link at each stage.
