Run a professional CX with Calendly

To add Calendly to your website:

1. Go to the Scheduling page and (optional) open the My Calendly dropdown to switch to the desired user or team page.
2. Find the event type you want to embed, select the three dots on its event card, and select Add to website.
3. Choose Inline embed, select Continue, adjust any optional settings, and select Copy Code.
4. Paste the copied code into your website’s HTML where you want the scheduler to appear.

To troubleshoot unavailable times that should be available:

1. Log in to your Calendly account, open the live scheduling page or preview of the event type, and scroll down to select Troubleshoot.
2. Choose the date you’re investigating and review each time and its troubleshoot code to see what’s blocking it.
3. If no dates or times appear, open the event type Availability and review your availability settings.
4. Use the code definitions to apply the recommended fix — for example, reconnect or edit calendars in Calendar settings or mark events Free, adjust Limits and buffers in the event editor for limit codes, or reschedule from Meetings or enable Free/busy rules for overlapping EVENT/OVERLAP issues.

To connect your Google Calendar:

1. From your Calendly home page, select Availability from the sidebar.
2. At the top of the page, select the Calendar settings tab.
3. Under Google Calendar, select Connect.
4. Sign in to your Google account in the sign-in window and allow Calendly access.
5. In Calendar settings, choose which calendars to check for conflicts and which calendar to add new events to.

To add Calendly to a single WordPress.org page:

1. Sign in to WordPress and go to your admin dashboard.
2. Select Pages, then choose a page to edit.
3. Select the + icon to add a new block and choose the Custom HTML block.
4. Paste your Calendly embed code into the Custom HTML block.
5. Select Preview to check the layout and then select Update to save your changes.
