With Calendly’s Microsoft Teams Chat integration, you’ll get notifications when someone schedules, reschedules, or cancels a meeting. The Calendly bot sends these notifications in Microsoft Teams, so you can stay informed without switching apps.
Connect Microsoft Teams Chat to Calendly
- In Calendly, go to the Integrations & Apps page.
- Select Microsoft Teams Chat.
- You’ll be redirected to the Calendly app page in the Microsoft Teams app store.
- Select Add to start installing the app.
- Select Log in and sign in to your Calendly account.
- Calendly asks for access to your Microsoft Teams account. Select Accept to continue.
- After your accounts are connected, the Calendly bot sends a welcome message in Teams.
Disconnect Calendly from Microsoft Teams Chat
- In Microsoft Teams, go to the Apps section in the lower-left corner.
- Select Manage your apps.
- Choose the Calendly for Teams app to open its details.
- Select the trash icon to remove the app.
- Confirm by selecting Remove.
- You’ll see a message in Microsoft Teams confirming Calendly was removed.
