Version & Server Information:

- If your Exchange calendar connection has a 2FA/MFA set up enabled, you will need to utilize our Microsoft Outlook Plug-In (for Windows users) instead.
Connect your Exchange Calendar
Go to Settings, then select Calendar.
In your Calendar settings, connect your calendar account:

Once authenticated, you'll return to Calendly.
Customize how Calendly uses your Exchange calendar
After you connect your Exchange calendar, you can manage how Calendly checks your availability and adds new meetings.
Calendars to check for conflicts
Calendly can only check your primary Exchange Calendar for conflicts. Calendly cannot check sub-calendars or shared calendars.
By default, Calendly will mark you as unavailable during events labeled as Busy, Tentative, and Away / Out of Office. You can choose to check or uncheck your primary calendar as needed. You'll always be marked as unavailable for busy events.
To change how the other statuses affect your availability, select the dropdown for What's considered unavailable? and uncheck any options you want Calendly to ignore.
If your event status in Exchange is set to Working Elsewhere, Calendly will treat you as available. The Working Elsewhere status is only available in Outlook on the web, not in the Outlook desktop app. If you view this event in the Outlook desktop app, it will show as busy, but Calendly will still treat you as available via the Exchange connection.
